What is Grief Recovery?
We will all experience loss throughout our lifetime; no one is exempt. And where there is loss, there is grief. Grief is the normal and natural reaction to a loss of any kind. Unfortunately, though, in our culture grief is misunderstood and, worse, it’s not even discussed. Everyone experiences loss and grief, and not until we have to deal with it do we acknowledge it exists.
